privacy policy.
This is the policy for krlr.live, operated by KRLR GTM Consulting LLC. It is short because we collect very little.
What we collect
If you submit the inquiry form we store what you type: your name, email address, an optional business or organization, an optional website or project link, the service interests you select, your brief, an optional budget or investment range, optional timing or target date, and whether you would welcome a free 20-minute fit call. We also store the page you submitted from, any campaign tags in the link you arrived on, your browser’s user-agent string and a one-way hash of your IP address that we use only to limit abuse. We do not store your raw IP address.
If you email us we keep the email. If we work together we keep the records any business keeps about its clients: contracts, invoices, project notes and correspondence.
What we do not collect
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics that identify you. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in the course of serving them; the site is hosted on Vercel, whose edge network logs requests for security and operations. We do not buy data about you and do not add you to a newsletter.
Why we use it
To reply to you, to prepare for a conversation you asked for, and to run the engagement if you become a client. Our legal basis, where one is required, is your request (you asked us to contact you) and, for clients, the contract between us.
Where it lives and who sees it
Form submissions are written to KRLR’s own customer database, hosted by Supabase in the United States, and to our Google Workspace. A KRLR staff member reads every submission. Our internal assistant software may draft a first reply for a person to review; it operates inside our own systems, does not send anything on its own, and does not share your data with any third party. We do not sell or rent personal data, ever.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become engagements are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law and our accountants require, typically seven years for financial records.
Your choices
Email hello@krlr.live to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will confirm within ten business days. If you ask us not to contact you, we flag your record so that neither a person nor our software reaches out again.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date above. Questions go to the same address.
