01 / WHAT WE DO

Bring the pieces
together.

01

System connections and handoffs

Connect the tools and information involved in a process so work can move between the right people and systems.

02

Workflow improvements

Review how the work gets done, address the steps that cause friction, and put a clearer process in place.

03

Operational coordination

Manage agreed pipelines, recurring activities, and follow-up across the systems your business uses.

04

Reporting and visibility

Organize useful status information so your team can see what is happening, what needs attention, and who owns the next step.

05

Documentation and adoption

Give people a practical reference for how the process works and help them use the tools consistently.

02 / EXISTING SYSTEMS

We can work with what you already have.

KRLR can support suitable systems built by another provider. We begin by reviewing their condition, available access, and current documentation. Then we agree on the responsibilities we can take on and any cleanup or remediation the work requires.

03 / OPERATIONS & SYSTEMS PARTNERSHIP

A continuing partner
in the work.

Some systems need more than a handoff. An ongoing partnership can include workflow management, troubleshooting, planned improvements, documentation, and training. We define the systems, responsibilities, availability, and expected monthly involvement before the engagement begins.

Your priorities guide the work within the agreed capacity. Larger additions, new systems, or a material increase in responsibilities receive a revised scope and quote.

From $1,000/monthfor an ongoing partnership.

The fee reflects the systems involved, the responsibilities we take on, and the expected monthly commitment. We agree on those details before starting.

04 / TEAM TRAINING & ADOPTION

Help your people use
what you have built.

Training can be a standalone engagement or part of a project or monthly partnership. We shape it around the roles involved and the tasks people need to carry out.

POSSIBLE DELIVERABLES
  • Working sessions and role-based workshops.
  • Onboarding for new tools or processes.
  • Practical guides and recorded walkthroughs.
  • Standard operating procedures for repeatable work.
  • Follow-up sessions as responsibilities or systems change.

We agree on the audience, sessions, materials, and follow-up included. Training within a monthly partnership uses the allowance defined for that engagement.
