Research and analysis
Gather information, retain sources, compare options, and prepare useful summaries for a person to review.
We build agents and coordinated agent teams around work your business needs done. Each project starts with a defined job, the information and systems it needs, and a clear way to assess whether it is helping.
Discuss an AI projectAn agent can work through a defined task using information and tools. An agent team gives different roles to separate agents, with shared context and clear handoffs. The work determines the design: a focused assistant, a coordinated team, conventional automation, or a combination.

Silent screen recordings of four KRLR-built systems: a bid response platform for an electrical subcontractor (live in production); a sales, quoting, and proposal agent; a coordinated agent team for a retail business; and a marketing agent team. All run on demonstration data. Every consequential step waits for a person.
Scout, Analyst and Reviewer agents watch the portals, vet each solicitation for requirements, capacity and margin, hand the owner a one-page Go / No-Go brief, and build the bid from the library — a person decides and submits. Custom-scoped for an electrical subcontractor; live in production.

SILENT SCREEN RECORDING · 1:24 · DEMONSTRATION DATA, NOT A CLIENT ACCOUNTRelated service: Branding, Marketing & CreativeWe agree on what the system may do, what needs a person’s review or approval, and when it must hand the work back. Some steps can run automatically within agreed limits. Others wait for a decision. Those rules are part of the project scope and the way the system is tested.
We define the information sources, tool connections, and handoffs the job requires. Testing checks the intended tasks and important failure cases before release. Documentation and handoff explain how to use the system, how to recognize problems, and who is responsible for maintaining it.
Ongoing management, improvements, and team training can be included in a separately scoped partnership. We agree on those responsibilities before handover so the system has a clear owner after launch.

We scope agents and teams for research, customer experience, internal knowledge, content, sales, and operational work. The task determines the design.
The project defines what the system may do, where a person reviews or approves, and when work is handed back. The design and testing reflect those agreed rules.
